Purchasing

Purchasing Requisition & Approval

The PowerShop ERP™ Purchasing Requisition module supports multiple releases and receipts, quality alert for incoming material inspection, and supports blanket, normal, and partial purchase orders.

Serialized Inventory Control

Bar Code Labeling

PowerShop ERP™ includes fully integrated on demand bar code labeling software.

Shipping

The PowerShop ERP™ Customer Service module is fully integrated with the Customer Service, EDI & Sales Order Processing module. It offers the ability to process all shipments to customers and outside suppliers. This module also provides bar code scanning, ASN (advance shipping modifications) processing, and electronic invoice processing.

Receiving

The PowerShop ERP™ Receiving module is fully integrated with the purchasing module. All receiving transactions are date and timed stamped and maintained in an audit database. On-demand bar code labels are printed at time of receipt, and quality alert features are supported for incoming inspection.
